About the Foundation

Children Are Our Foundation

The George Jeffrey Children's Foundation is a registered charity which was officially incorporated on December 9, 2004. The volunteer Board of Directors encourages and administers charitable gifts to ensure that the Centre is able to fulfill its mission of enriching children’s lives.

The Foundation has recently launched the George Jeffrey Children's Centre's 'Because Our Kids Just Want To Be Kids' Capital Campaign, to raise funds towards the building of a new treatment centre for children with physical and developmental disabilities in Northwestern Ontario.

For the next 4 years, the Foundation has made a commitment to raise $4.5 million for the building and equipping of a new George Jeffrey Children’s Centre.

The Foundation's continued goal is to raise the necessary funds to support the efforts of the George Jeffrey Children's Centre to provide treatment to the children and youth of Northwestern Ontario.

The efforts of the George Jeffrey Children's Foundation are made possible through the generous contributions of individuals, groups and businesses who share a commitment to funding a better future for our community's children.
