Our seating and mobility team works with clients aged birth to 21 years of age who have a physical challenge affecting function, mobility, positioning, posture and/or skin integrity. A mat assessment to ascertain postural control, mobility, range of motion, etc. is completed to ensure prescription of the most appropriate mobility and positioning devices.

Our clinician and seating technician work with our client and the chosen vendor to recommend the best possible system. Our clinician is authorized by the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) via the Ministry of Health to prescribe equipment to clients. In order to qualify for ADP funding, clients must be an Ontario resident, have a valid Ontario health card, and have a disability requiring the equipment for 6 months or longer.
